Welcome!

Welcome to the first blog post! I originally had another site where I shared only about my experiences of my twin boys on the autism spectrum growing up… but after some thought, I decided that I was going to start fresh!

So what is this site about? Well, it is still about autism and mental health! I will still be sharing about my boys and our experience! So if you enjoyed seeing the boys' growth, don't despair! You will still see them often!

THE DIFFERENCE

So what is the difference? I will be trying to give real life tips! If there is a topic that you would like me to share about, please reach out to us! The big difference is that we will talk more about mental health, how to balance the different roles that we have, and the experience of being a special needs parent.

As a therapist and a special needs parent, I wanted to bring both of my skill sets and experiences to the table and maximize them! We are so excited and grateful that you are here!
