Hi everyone!

So sorry for the big gap in posts!!

It’s been a weirdly busy few months, partly due to starting a new business and focusing on Networking so we can collaborate with other providers to create the best care for our clients.


So anyway, I decided that I still love blogging and would benefit from finding a balance… 😂 balance is hard for me!! Is it hard for you too? 😬

So with that in mind… I figured my self care is going to be allowing myself to step back to blogging monthly, instead of weekly. I’m still going to try to keep up with my other socials which I feel like gives me the ability to connect with amazing people ❤️

so..: let’s chat about self care shall we?

Sometimes, self care can go to the wayside when so many things are in our plate! For me, it was the autism parenting summit, writing a few blog and magazine articles as a guest, setting up and networking my new business… while working full time, teaching and of course, most importantly, making sure my family and friends are happy and loved.


I think sometimes, in those moments, it is helpful to step back and examine- what are we doing? What is pulling our attention that could wait until later? How can we take a moment for ourselves?


For the next month, I’m going to try to put together a list of things that I did to take care of me! Will you join me?
