I feel like as I write about this topic, I think of more ways that we can take care of ourselves in quick ways!
So… here we are again.
Take 5 deep breaths and say, “it’ll be ok.”
2. Give yourself a hug. I know it can feel silly, but it’s sometimes nice to give ourselves a squeeze!
3. hug a stuffed animal. I thought of this because Aki loves hugging his stuffed animals- and I followed his lead. It’s surprisingly calming!
4. sing a silly song, or your favorite song. It doesn’t matter how good or bad you are!
5. Wash your face. I tend to splash my face with water, and if I have more time, I will do a face care routine.
