Let's talk about more quick ways to self care

Another week of quick ways to self care!

I'm also making sure to do these with you, so I hope these tips are helpful! :)


  1. Stretch your body.  Even if it's for a few moments, I will sometimes stretch in my chair for a few moments if I don't have the energy to get up.


2. Take a bath/shower. I tend to take showers, since it helps with my back pain! When I have the time I will put some bath bombs/bath salts in, put on some music, grab a book and just relax for a few minutes,



3. Spend time with an animal ! I cuddle my cats often- I'm pretty sure they are sick of me. lol



4. Look for some inspirational quotes. Print some up and put them places that you will see.



5. Join a support group. There are quite a few online too!
