Let's talk about more quick ways to self care

I hope last week's tips were helpful!


I thought it would be nice to keep doing these quick ways of self care for a while! I enjoy them and it reminds me of ways that I can take care of myself! I hope it brings you a bit of joy too!



Let's jump in!

  1. Go for a walk. I walk around my neighborhood all the time- it gets me out of the house and some fresh air (and away from my computer!)

  2. Take a 10 minute break from your electronics.

  3. Write down 5 positive words about yourself

  4. Chat with a friend

  5. If there is clutter in your home (like mine!) try to choose 1 thing that you can get rid of to declutter! For us, it's sometimes things like clothes that don't fit us (we donate them), or toys the boys don't play with anymore. We also have TONS of old paperwork that I slowly sort through to get rid of!
