Let's jump into this week's tips!


1.Cultinary art: Transform your kitchen into a canvas. Experiment with new recipes, embrace the sensory experience of cooking, and savor the delicious fruits of your culinary creativity. I'm going to be honest and say I do'nt really cook! But when I do, I like being able to create things for others and make it pretty.




2. Dance: Embark on a dance of self-expression. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just swaying to your favorite song in the living room, movement is a celebration of your body and a release of pent-up energy This makes me think of a friend of mine. When we lived together, she would put music on and dance to take care of herself. I have another friend who dances for her exercise too!




3. Enjoy nature's art: Step into the great outdoors and let nature be your canvas. Whether it's a leisurely stroll in the park, a hike in the mountains, or simply sitting by a serene lake, connecting with nature can be a balm for the soul, inspiring creativity and offering moments of tranquil reflection.I love going on walks outside to enjoy some quiet time. I listen to the birds chirping, the leaves ruslting as little critters go through them and more. It's a wonderful way to relax!
