Let's keep chatting a bit about how to take mental health breaks!
Stretch: Move your body a bit. I try to do this as often as I can... I know it's hard- especially when working from home in front of the computer! I try to schedule in some time or do it right before or after I get up for the restroom.
Chat: Talk to a friend or family member. I am super lucky that I have an amazing team and one of my besties is my work buddy! But we chat often which is helpful!!
Stay Positive: Focus on good things. I talk about gratuities often- but it's true. I try to think of at least 1 good thing that has happened that day!
Drink Water: Stay hydrated. This one is super hard for me! I have been trying to make it a game and see what ways I can increase my water intake!
